Best way to order is by either phone (leave a message on the answerphone) or email, which I check every day,
or by snail mail using the address given below.
Hopefully by next year I will have an online order form - but not yet.

When using phone or email - please leave me a
contact number
and
snail mail address
occasionally emails bounce back as unsendable - which is annoying for both you and me - because I can't contact you.
